  My wedding collections start at $2,500 for The Fable (4 hours, made for elopements and micro weddings), $5,000 for The Folktale (7 hours) and $7,000 for The Whole Fairytale (10 hours). Every wedding includes a complimentary engagement session.

• ✧How much is an engagement, proposal or Keepsake session?

  Proposal and engagement sessions are $550 for 2 hours. Keepsake Sessions for couples, families, maternity and portraits are $500 for 1 hour. Both include sneak peeks and a fully hand-edited online gallery.

• ✧How do I book you?

  It starts with a simple hello through my contact form. From there we meet for a coffee chat to talk through everything you're dreaming up. When you're ready, a signed contract and a 30% retainer officially make your date yours.

• ✧How soon should I book my wedding date?

  Most couples book 9 to 18 months ahead, especially for Saturdays from May through October, which fill up first in Indiana. Planning something sooner? Reach out anyway. I love a last-minute love story whenever my calendar allows.

• ✧Can I pay in installments?

  Yes! Your 30% retainer reserves your date, and we can set up a payment schedule that feels comfortable for you. Standard timing has weddings paid in full 30 days before the big day and sessions paid in full 7 days before.

• ✧How can I pay?

  I accept cash, check, Chime and Apple Cash. Starting in January 2027, you'll also be able to pay through Square, including debit and credit cards.

• ✧Can I get my retainer back if plans change?

  The retainer is non-refundable, because it holds your date just for you and means I turn away other couples for that day. If life happens, please reach out. My contract includes a rescheduling policy for illness and emergencies.

• ✧What will my wedding photos look like?

  Documentary and story-driven. I'm there for the real moments: the shaky hands, the happy tears, the dance floor chaos. I use gentle direction rather than stiff posing, and every image is hand edited in a true-to-color, warm and slightly moody style, with a mix of color, black and white and film-inspired edits. • ✧Can you photograph our elopement or micro wedding?

  Absolutely, and I adore them. The Fable (4 hours, $2,500) was made for elopements, courthouse ceremonies, backyard vows and intimate gatherings. It covers your promises, your portraits and the celebration that follows.

• ✧Will there be a second photographer at my wedding?

  The Folktale and The Whole Fairytale include a complimentary second shooter for your ceremony plus one hour before or after, so we can capture both sides of the aisle and more of your getting ready. Extra second shooter time can be added for $155 an hour.

• ✧Do I get an engagement session with my wedding?

  Yes! Every wedding collection includes a complimentary engagement session (a $550 value). It's the best way to get comfortable in front of the camera, and with me, before the big day.

• ✧Can you help me plan my wedding day timeline?

  Yes. Every wedding includes timeline planning support and my prep guides. We'll build in time for the moments that matter most to you, like a first look, private vows, family photos and golden hour portraits, so nothing feels rushed.

• ✧Are LGBTQ+ couples welcome?

  Always. The Wild & Woven Lens is a proudly LGBTQ+, BIPOC and neurodivergent friendly space. Every love story is welcome here, exactly as it is.

• ✧What if it rains on my wedding day?

  We make magic anyway. Rain, snow and moody skies can create some of the most beautiful, romantic images. We'll talk through a backup plan during timeline planning so you can relax and enjoy your day, whatever the forecast.

• ✧Can you secretly photograph my proposal in Indianapolis?

  Absolutely, and they are some of my favorite sessions! I'll help you plan the secret, from picking the spot to timing the light. Once they say yes, we keep going with engagement photos while you're both still glowing. Proposal and engagement sessions are $550 for 2 hours.

• ✧How will you stay hidden during my surprise proposal?

  Before the big day, we'll chat through your plan and the location, and you'll send me a photo of your partner. I'll arrive early and blend in, whether that's as a tourist, a jogger or someone reading on a bench, and capture every second of the moment. Then I'll come out of hiding for congratulations and photos of the two of you.

• ✧Where should we take our engagement photos in Indianapolis?

  A few local favorites are Holcomb Gardens at Butler University, Newfields, the Canal Walk, Fort Harrison State Park and Coxhall Gardens in Carmel. Cozy spots like a favorite coffee shop, a bookstore or your own home can be just as magical. Some locations require a ticket or permit; I'll handle booking it for you, and the cost is added to your invoice.

• ✧What's included in my engagement session?

  Two hours of photography at the location of your choice, sneak peeks within 48 hours and your full hand-edited gallery in about 2 to 3 weeks. Can't wait? Add the “Can't Wait” rush gallery for $155 and get your full gallery in about 3 business days.

• ✧What should we wear for our engagement photos?

  Wear what feels like you on your best day. Coordinating colors work better than matching, and textures like linen, knits and flowy fabrics photograph beautifully. You'll get my prep guide after booking, and I'm always happy to look over outfit options with you.

• ✧What is a Keepsake Session?

  A one hour session ($500) for the slow, sweet chapters of life: couples, anniversaries, families, maternity and portraits. It's documentary in style, so we focus on real connection instead of stiff poses.

• ✧Can I book family or maternity photos?

  Yes! Keepsake Sessions are perfect for families and maternity, whether that's a walk through a park, a cozy session at home or somewhere that's meaningful to you.

• ✧Can we do our session in a studio?

  Yes, studio sessions are available for Keepsake and engagement sessions. Studio rental fees apply, and we'll go over them during our consultation.

• ✧Can I bring my dog or kids to my session?

  Please do! Pets and little ones bring so much personality to a session. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan the timing and location around them.

• ✧Do you charge a travel fee?

  I'm based in Westfield, Indiana, and travel is included anywhere in Indianapolis and the northern suburbs, including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Zionsville and Westfield. Beyond that, I'm always happy to travel, and we'll talk through any travel fee during our consultation.

• ✧Will you travel for my destination wedding or elopement?

  Yes, I would love to! Whether it's a cabin in the Smoky Mountains, the shores of Lake Michigan or a city across the country, I'll come to you. Travel fees are discussed during our consultation and added to your invoice.

• ✧Where can we elope in Indiana?

  Indiana has so many dreamy spots: Brown County State Park, Turkey Run, the Indiana Dunes, Holcomb Gardens and charming small-town courthouses like the one in Noblesville. Some parks require a permit for ceremonies or photography, and I'll help you figure out what you need.

• ✧Have you photographed at my venue?

  Maybe! I've photographed love stories at places like Lizton Lodge, Ivory Foundry in Indianapolis, Mill Top in Noblesville, the Indiana Statehouse, Coxhall Gardens in Carmel, Holcomb Gardens at Butler University and more. • ✧Can you help me pick a location for my session?

  Of course! Tell me the vibe you're dreaming of, whether that's wildflower fields, city streets, the woods or your favorite coffee shop, and I'll send you a few ideas that fit your story and the best time of day for light.

• ✧When will I get my photos?

  Sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours. Full galleries usually arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks for sessions and 4 to 6 weeks for weddings. Every image is hand edited, never batch processed.

• ✧How many photos will I get?

  There's no set number, because every story is different. I deliver every image that tells your story well, with no blurry duplicates or filler.

• ✧Can I print and share my photos?

  Yes! Your online gallery includes full downloads with personal printing rights, so you can print, frame and share your photos. When you post them online, I just ask that you tag The Wild & Woven Lens.

• ✧How long will my gallery be online?

  Your gallery stays online for one full year after delivery. Be sure to download and back up your favorites during that time.

• ✧Can I get the RAW or unedited photos?

  RAW files aren't included in any collection. Editing is a huge part of my art and how your story is told, so every image you receive is finished and hand edited by me. If you'd still like your RAW files, they're available for a fee of 50% of your package price, paid in advance.

• ✧Can I add videography to my wedding?

  Yes! Videography starts at $1,550 for weddings and $465 for sessions. I also offer content creation, short behind-the-scenes clips and reels, starting at $515 for weddings and $260 for sessions.

• ✧What's the difference between videography and content creation?

  Videography is a cinematic, edited film of your day to watch for years. Content creation is quick, candid behind-the-scenes clips and reels, ready to share on social media within a few days.

• ✧What is The Painted Chapter?

  Your favorite photo, hand painted by me as a one-of-a-kind original. Each painting is 5x7, matted in an 8x10 frame with UV-protective glass. It's $200 when added to any session or collection, or $260 on its own, and it makes a beautiful gift for anniversaries, parents and grandparents.

• ✧Can you preserve my wedding bouquet?

  Yes! Floral preservation starts at $515. Your wedding bouquet is dried in its full 3D shape and arranged in a premium shadowbox frame. You can add it to your wedding or book it on its own.

• ✧Can I get drone photos of my wedding?

  Yes! Aerial drone photos and footage are $410 for weddings, and aerial photos are $200 for sessions, weather and airspace permitting.

• ✧Can I order a wedding album?

  Yes! The Heirloom Album starts at $675 for a 10x10 linen-bound album, designed by me to tell your story page by page.

• ✧Can you photograph my rehearsal dinner or a day-after session?

  Yes! The Prologue covers up to 2 hours of your rehearsal dinner, toasts and all, for $875. The Epilogue is a relaxed 1 hour session after your wedding, outfit and all, for $465.

• ✧Do you offer film photography?

  Yes! The Film Chapter adds real 35mm film photos to your gallery, shot alongside your digital coverage for a timeless, nostalgic feel. For weddings it's $130 for 1 roll, $235 for 2, $335 for 3, $430 for 4 or $515 for 5, then $90 for each roll after that, and The Whole Fairytale already includes one roll. For sessions it's $130 for 1 roll or $235 for 2. Film is developed and scanned by a professional lab, so your scans arrive a few weeks after your digital gallery.

• ✧Can our guests use disposable cameras?

  Yes! Guest Disposables are $235 and include 5 single-use film cameras for your guests to pass around. I develop and scan them and add the photos to your gallery, exactly as your guests took them. It's such a fun way to see your day through your loved ones' eyes.
