How much space do you need?
About an 8 by 8 foot spot, like a corner of a conference room, a quiet hallway, or near a window. I bring everything else.
What should we wear?
Whatever you'd wear to meet an important client. Solid colors photograph best. Busy patterns and logos can be distracting. I'll send a short guide once you book.
I hate having my picture taken. Help?
You're my favorite kind of client! I'm a wedding photographer at heart, which means my whole job is helping nervous people relax and look like themselves. I'll guide you through every pose.
What if someone is out that day?
No problem. You can add them at a return visit within 90 days. Extra people added on the day are just $75 each.
How do we book and pay?
Once we pick a date, I'll send a simple agreement and payment link. Payment is due at booking, and you can reschedule once with 24 hours' notice.
Can we use the photos anywhere?
Yes. Your website, social media, LinkedIn, listings, ads, business cards, and print. Each person can also use their own headshot for their personal professional profiles.
Do you travel outside Westfield?
Absolutely. Travel within 25 miles of Westfield is included, which covers Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Zionsville, and most of Indianapolis. Farther out, I'll quote a small travel fee.
